DELIVERY & RETURNS
All our shipments are done with express courier shipping. Most of our parcels are shipped with DHL Express or similar services. Usually our customers receive their watch within 2-6 business days after the order was placed. Most customers receive their watch within 2-4 business days. If you haven't received if after 6 business days please send an email to contact@bergwatches.com. For orders outside of Norway the custom and import fees are not included and might occur, this depends on your country's import laws.
We offer a 180 days open return policy if the product has not been used and is in the same condition and packaging as when you received the package. That includes all plastic on the watch and strap. The open return policy does not apply to pre-orders. Pre-orders are not refundable as they are orders put into production reserved for you. We ask our customers to pay a €15 fee for returning the product. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount and cover half the shipping cost of shipping with couriers like DHL Express.
