THE GRIEG COLLECTION
The Grieg watch is our first-ever rectangular watch. We spent almost 2 years designing this masterpiece of a timepiece. A true collectible.
The Grieg watch has a unisex design and is also unisex in size.
On the back of the case is a photo of the legendary music composer Edvard Grieg from Bergen, Norway.
Our founder Paal Friele Grung started designing this watch just 1 week before his late grandfather Ole Grieg Friele passed away, so it was natural for us to make this as a tribute to him and the Grieg part of the family.
The design is meant to resemble a piano with the case, and the hour marks as the piano keys. The hands of the watch are designed as batons used by a musical conductor of an orchestra.
The Grieg collection in black is a limited-edition collection where we make 500 numbered watches of this design.
